The Hudson County Alliance to End Homelessness

Garden State Episcopal CDC Coordinated Entry provides centralized, focused access to Homeless Services for homeless individuals and families throughout Hudson County.

Services include comprehensive intake and assessment, as well as resources for case management, housing opportunities, and supportive services.
